I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of VitalRegen Medical, with more than 11 years of experience. My background includes caring for patients across a wide spectrum of health including critical care nursing, primary care, and functional and regenerative medicine.
At one point, that perspective became personal—when I became the patient.
After navigating a season of chronic illness that significantly impacted daily life, I stepped away from a work position I had worked very hard to achieve—one that I deeply valued—but could no longer physically sustain. It was a frustrating and humbling time.
Hindsight has since revealed that what initially felt like a complete disruption was actually a redirection.
After an extended break, I returned to work, but intentionally in a part-time role. It was during that time that I was introduced to regenerative medicine—an experience that broadened my perspective on healing and the ways my body may respond when supported with personalized care.
For most people, it’s not just about pain or low energy—it’s about what those things take away. Whether it’s a competitive edge dulled by an acute injury or a shift in health that impacts nearly every part of life, we all just want to feel like ourselves again.
These personal and professional experiences reshaped how I believe care should be approached—and ultimately why I created VitalRegen Medical—as a thoughtful, structured, whole-body process that prioritizes building a strong foundation and supporting the body in the way it was designed to function.
